Shelmaliers got the defence of their title off to a very strong start when they comprehensively beat Fethard in Hollymount on Sunday last.
Goals from Alan Rossiter, Glen Murphy, Cian Lambe, Feargal Hynes, Brian Tobin, and Brian Murphy together with points from Kevin O’Leary, Noel Mythen, Aidan Cash ensured victory for the home side.
