The boys profiles.

David Shiggins (28): Factory Operative
A talented footballer who was a member
of the 1996 Minor Football winning team.
He is also a holder of two Feile Peil
winners medals.
Marc Walsh (27): Network Engineer
Winner of a Minor Football medal in 1996
along with a Roinn1 under age title.
Colm Tynan (37): Lecturer in WIT
Represented Wexford in U-21 football
and won a Leinster Junior medal in 2000.
Played Sigerson Football and Fitzgibbon
Cup Hurling with D.I.T. Spend many years
as the Siegerson Football coach in W.I.T.
Holder of medals in Juvenile hurling(1986),
Jim Byrne Cup (1987), Junior Hurling (1988)
 and Intermediate Hurling (1997).
Cathal Gaule (22): Teacher
A Tenacious defender. Won U-12 and
Minor football medals as well as back-to-back
U-21 football titles in 2003 and 2004. He also
Won a Juvenile hurling medal..
Thomas Barron (19): Student
A experienced player for his age, Thomas
Has represented Wexford at many age groups
in both football and hurling.
He has a lot of titles to his credit including U-12,
U-14, U-16 and U-18 football and hurling as well
as U-21 football.
He also won a Leinster hurling
Medal with St. Peters at U-14.
David Walsh (24): Mechanical Engineer and Fabricator.
Represented Wexford in football at minor, U-21
and junior, where he won a Leinster junior medal in 2007.
Holds a Jim Byrne Cup medal, a minor football medal.
and two back-to-back U-21 football premier medals.
Emmet O’Leary (24): Architect.
Holder of a Jim Byrne Cup medal, a minor football medal
as well as two back-to-back U-21 football medals.
Brian Malone(21): CAPTAIN. Student
A very experienced player who has represented Wexford
at all ages in both football and hurling. Plays on the
Wexford senior football team and won an All-Ireland
Intermediate hurling medal in 2007.
He holds championship medals for every age group in
the club from U-12 to minor, in both football and hurling
as well as two back-to-back U-21 football titles in
2003 and 2004.
Clive Lawler (20): Student
Another very experienced player who has also represented
Wexford at most ages in both football and hurling.
He was on the Wexford senior hurling panel this year
and like Brian, he played both U-21 football and hurling
for Wexford this year as well as winning an All-Ireland
Intermediate Hurling medal.
He holds championship medals for every underage team
in the club as well as back-to-back U-21 football titles in
2003 and 2004. In 2003 he had the unique distinction of
starting in and winning three premier football titles at
three different age groups – Juvenile, minor and U-21.
He is also the holder of a Leinster Juvenile ‘A’ hurling
medal with St. Peter’s

Alan Griffith(21): Student
A hugely dedicated player.
Represented Wexford at juvenile, minor and U-21 levels
In both football and hurling. Selected as ‘player of the year’
with DCU in 2005.
He holds championship medals for every underage team
in the club as well as back-to-back U-21 football titles in
2003 and 2004.
Stephen Banville(22): Bank Official
A member of the Wexford senior hurling panel and also
a winner of an All-Ireland Intermediate Hurling medal
in 2007.
Holder of medals in juvenile hurling, Jim Byrne cup,
Minor football and U-21 football with the Club.
Also a holder of a Leinster colleges medal with
St. Peter’s.
Graham Power (22): Carpenter
Plays both football and hurling with the club.
Has won titles in Juvenile hurling, Jim Byrne Cup,
minor football and back-to-back U-21 football titles.
Derek Walsh (25): Engineer
Winner of a minor football medal in 1996.
Aidan Murphy (22): Insurance Consultant
Holder of Juvenile hurling, Jim Byrne Cup, minor
and two U-21 football titles.
Represented Wexford in minor and U-21 football
and hurling. Played fitzgibbon Cup hurling with U.L.

Terry Gainfort (25): Electrician
A talented sportsman. Winner of a Jim Byrne Cup
Medal was captain of the U-21 football winning
team in 2003.
In handball, he holds nine All-Ireland titles and
one U-14 World title
Paudie McMahon (27): Carpenter
Winner of a minor football medal in 1996 and
an All-Ireland Vocational Schools medal with Wexford.
Colin Redmond (28): Quality Controller
Won a minor championship in 1996 and a
Leinster Junior medal in 2000.
Barry O’Connor (22): Accountant
Won Juvenile hurling, Jim Byrne Cup football
and two U-21 football titles.
Won an All-Ireland with UCD freshers in 2002.
Brian O’Shaughnessy (30): Software Developer
Won titles in U-21 hurling and Intermediate hurling.
Vinnie Parker (33): Fencing Contractor
Winner of  minor hurling (1990) and
Intermediate hurling in 1997.
Paddy Doyle (29): Carpenter
Won a minor football title in 1996 and an All-Ireland
Medal with Wexford Vocational Colleges.
He represented Wexford in U-14 hurling and U-21
Football.
Chris Gordon (23): Sports Scientist
Won juvenile hurling and two U-21 football titles
In 2003 and 2004. He is also the holder of a
South-Leinster colleges medal.
Adrian Veale (24): Auctioneer.
Winner of a Jim Byrne Cup medal and
two back-to-back U-21 football titles.
Darren Malone (26): Engineer
A brother of Brian, he holds
numerous county handball titles.
David Kehoe (25): Financial consultant
Winner of a Jim Byrne Cup medal in 2000
and U-21 football in 2003.
Seammie Harding (31): Electronic Engineer
Won U-12 football, U-21 hurling and
Intermediate hurling.
Won a division 1 hurling title with DIT in 2006.

 

Eoin Doyle (17): Student
Winner of titles in U-12, U-14, U-16
football and hurling as well as U-18 hurling.
Ciaran O’Shaughnessy (17): Student
Winner of titles in U-12, U-14, U-16
football and hurling as well as U-18 hurling.
Ibar Murphy (21): Student
Injured for the final.
Winner of a minor and two U-21 football titles.
Has played mid-field for the Wexford U-21
footballers for the last 2 years.
Stephen Cash (22): Student
Has won titles in juvenile hurling, Jim Byrne
Cup, Minor and U-21 football.
