First of all, if you have a sponsorship card please make every effort to return it before Monday as it will assist greatly assist with the smooth running of the event. We need everyone participating to ‘check in’ with us so we can make a record of it as every player will be allocated a team for the fun events in the evening, whether it with the Legends or in the schools challenge which will conclude proceedings.
All the Legends are invited to call into the clubhouse when they arrive and sign in with us. We will be set up at a table close to the main entrance so please make it your business to see us first. We anticipate that this aspect of the day could run for awhil, but there is space on the programme for a Crossbar Challenge as well if time allows.
To complete the day, starting at 5.30 pm, we will run another event with a difference to find out once and for all who really has the best camogie players in the Parish? is it the past and present pupils of Screen NS, or Curracloe NS or Castlebridge, or the fourth team the ‘blow ins’, with Manager Kathleen Dooley, who has already held a few secret training sessions so you’d all better be ready!
We would ask all who played earlier in the day, particularly the younger groups to come back and join us for what should be an enjoyable ending to a busy day!
When the 12 hour limit is passed at 7 pm, you are all invited upstairs for a cup of tea and a chance perhaps to meet up with old friends or make new ones! All are welcome, we look forward to seeing you all on Monday!
