Many thanks to all those who turned out today Sunday 7th November to make the walk on Forth Mountain such a great success.
Well done to all and a huge welcome all our new members. Thanks to Eimear and Seamus for providing us with tea and coffee afterwards. We are glad to be able to report that the club is now growing on a weekly basis with the calendar of walks proving to be very popular and as always is available to all members.
Our next walk will be next Sunday 14th November at the Raven Wood Loop Walk Curracloe, meeting as usual at 9am at the Raven Car Park, all new members very welcome. Check out the photos section for some views of Curracloe Beach.
As the Winter Months are now approaching , we would advise that all members please purchase suitable rainwear and footwear.
On the 31st October last we announced that the club is now open to youth members. As we are affiliated with Mountaineering Ireland this means that our youth members will be able to avail of the facilities at Sheilbaggan Outdoor Adventure Centre and other facilities around the country, at keen rates….more on that later!
Up coming events:
