Camogie History

St Ibars/Shelmalier Camogie Club are compiling information on the history of the club. The club was formed in 1960 and to mark this special occasion, the club will be publishing a book on the Camogie club history. This will capture the sporting highlights, the achievements, the major landmarks for the club, and above all, the stories and folklore of all who have been involved in the club over the years.

Thus if you are a past player, a supporter, or even a past manger (at any level), we would love to hear your memories. If you have photographs or a story that should go down in history, please share them with us. We are looking to re-create those special moments and share them with all.

If you have any paper articles, photographs, or a story to tell, please contact any of the book committee members and we will be delighted to meet you (all items will be returned to you).

On behalf of the club, thank you for your contribution to the last 50 years and we hope to see you at the book launch later in the year.
