Screen School Moves In

A cead mile failte is extended to Screen National School on behalf of the Shelmalier GAA Club as the school took up residence in the Hollymount Complex on Monday last.

Hollymount was a hive of activity on Friday and Saturday last as the enormous task of moving the entire Screen National School contents from Screen village to the Hollymount Complex took place with an army of both parents and club members. The Shelmalier club would like to sincerely thank the many people who gave so willing of their time and labour not only last weekend but during the fitting out of the complex over the last few weeks. Without this voluntary help and labour it would not be possible to complete the move on time and the costs involved. We wish the pupils, staff, parents and Board of Management of Screen National School every success during their stay in Hollymount as they await the return to a fantastic new school building in the summer.
