In what is an unprecedented situation, Shelmaliers have to play three semi finals this Saturday 26th September, all away.
Shelmaliers minor hurling team are first out, meeting the Faythe Harriers in Killurin at 11 AM in the Co. Semi final. The senior hurling players then meet the Faythe Harriers at 2.30 PM in Oulart in the senior B championship semi final.
Finally the Junior hurling team will meet Ferns, St. Aidan’s in Ferns at 5.30 PM in the semi final of the relegation section.
We wish all three teams well, and to the managers Paddy Campbell, John Murphy and Sim Donohoe.
Whilst it’s asking a lot to our supporters to travel to three away games in the one day, we can really do with as much support as possible. Let’s hope we have much to celebrate on our inaugural social night in the complex, our BBQ that same night.
