amOur senior hurlers lost to Glynn Barntown by 1 point and are now out of this years championship.

Final score 2-8 to 1-12.

Our senior hurlers are out of the championship having lost by a single point to Glynn/Barntown in Wexford Park last Sunday evening. Despite scores from Joe Kelly 1-3, Tommy Barron 1-2, Stephen Banville 0-2 and Conor Walsh 0-1 and a good full back line we were unable to win by the necessary 6 points which would have seen us progress.
Best on the night were Decky Murphy who had another great game in goal; John Kelly, Aidan Murphy (C), and Andre O’Brien were staunch in the backs. Conor Walsh and Ciaran O’Shaughnessy had good control at mid field.
