Cloughbawn 3-8 Shels 1-6
Because of the U-21’s playing the following night, the Shels fielded without them. But, despite the fact that they had a strong team out, they under-performed on the night. However, a highlight of the game was the free-taking and ‘45’s of David Kehoe! Best on the night were Vinny Parker, Seamie Harding, Mark Tobin, Brian Tobin and James Shiggins.
