The first of the three draws in the Model County Development Draw took place on Wednesday night last with four prizes coming to the Shelmaliers.
Patricia Doyle Coole Castlebridge won €200, Michelle Gordan Curracloe won a €200 sports voucher. Theresa La O Roche Crosstown won €100 and Kevin Murphy Screen also won €100. There was a great response to the draw from the people of the parish and the Shelmalier club would like to sincerely thank all those who supported the draw and the many people who helped to sell the tickets. The second draw will take place at the end of May so watch out if you are a lucky winner.
