The Shelmaliers Under 12 hurling team got back on the winning track with a comprehensive victory over Glynn Barntown in a game played at Hollymount. The Shels had the edge throughout the game and two well taken goals by Colin Cleary and Michael Feeney helped the Shels to a half time lead of 2-4 to no score.
With Graham Staples in fine form at midfield the Shels still held sway in the second half and ran out comfortable winners on a final score line of 2-8 to 0-1
